These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and j2l ("j2l," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j2l.one and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotional or game document.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on j2l, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
j2l reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or termination.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) j2l account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. j2l is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify j2l support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
j2l is required to conduct identity verification under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. KYC verification is a one-time process and does not affect your ability to deposit and play during the review period, subject to withdrawal limits.
j2l currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. j2l reserves the right to modify these minimums upon notice to Users.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your j2l wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
j2l does not charge fees on GCash or Maya deposits or withdrawals. Bank transfer transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the User's financial institution, for which j2l accepts no responsibility.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. j2l reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.
From time to time, j2l may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion documentation:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j2l and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
j2l's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
j2l does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j2l is not liable for any losses caused by network outages, payment provider failures, or events beyond j2l's reasonable control.
j2l collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. j2l implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
j2l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
j2l operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that j2l has acted improperly may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
